An e-learning platform for hands-on trades
We built the platform end to end, from design and development to data-driven optimization. With constant A/B testing we improved conversion to more than 70,000 students, and got each student to bring in 8 times more revenue (LTV) than it cost to acquire them (CAC).
A faster, more accessible online store
Their store sold millions on a template with 30+ plugins that scored 29/100 for speed. We rebuilt it from scratch, with pages that load instantly, and personalized it to each customer's recovery stage, validated with A/B tests. It went to 100/100 for speed and is still running a year later.
A smart system for restaurants
We designed and built an interactive menu where every dish has photos, ingredients and allergens, and each guest can search and filter by their diet. An AI system suggests the dishes that suit them best. The restaurant improves the dining experience, raises average spend per guest and relies less on specialized staff.
